Books for Dealer market manager

Hi there,

I’ve recently started a new role as dealer market manager for my region. It involves me looking after all my distribution agents in the GCC.
My previous role was more a direct selling approach so I’m looking for great books to give me insight, practical tools and strategies to manage them and make them sell more.

Any ideas and advise will be appreciated.


Two books I found extremely helpful. 1) Extreme Ownership by Jocko Willink and Leif Babin. 2 x-navy seals, it’s better to listen on Audible. 2) The War of Art. Excellent book on overcoming whatever keeps you from working. Also better on Audible.
