I am a sales manager and my team currently uses the Salesforce CRM, but it’s not working too well for our company. Most reps and I have found it overwhelming to navigate, and we’ve had a really difficult time learning how to use it. I am thinking about switching to another one that is more cohesive and easy to understand. Does anyone have any suggestions of good, simpler CRMs for a company with 10 field sales reps? Also, are there any features that I should make sure the CRM has? ---

Take a look at Zoho! Very reasonably priced and super easy to customize. There are a ton of YouTube videos about Zoho. ---
